My philosophy as a business professional and teacher, I bring practical experience to the classroom and transfer my industry knowledge to students by establishing and promoting an effective learning environment based on their diverse interests, abilities, needs, and expectations.

Professional Profile

I'm the Assistant Professor and Program Director for Management in the School of Accelerated Degree Programs at Lindenwood University in St. Louis, Missouri. In addition, I have been teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in leadership, organizational behavior, employment law/labor relations, and business management capstone for 10 years. Prior to teaching, I have worked in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and life sciences industry for over 25 years in various management and leadership roles.
