Teaching Philosophy
My philosophy of teaching has evolved from many years of experience in the industry. Upon reflecting on my past experiences, I identify three core beliefs:
- I believe in life-long learning
- I believe that all people have a built-in desire to learn
- I believe that the responsibility for effective learning environments belongs equally to both student and teacher
By following these three basic principles, I believe that both students and teachers continually grow and learn through a mutually beneficial journey to new knowledge.
